Positive: The Harfa Apartments are in a great location—close to the Českomoravská Metro B station, Harfa shopping mall (with a huge supermarket until 22:00) and the O2 Arena. The metro offers easy (30-minute ticket = 30 CZK) access to the main bus terminal and city center spots like Náměstí Republiky, Muzeum, Národní třída, Karlovo náměstí and Anděl. It also connects in the direction of the airport. The building is VERY modern and stylish, I really love it, with a concierge and four elevators. Everything looks still new and well-designed. The apartment itself (about 30m²) is compact but really smartly arranged with a large built-in wardrobe, sleek glossy white kitchen, table with two chairs, comfortable bed, flat-screen TV and a TV furniture, loggia and a really tasteful bathroom with a walk-in shower and even a washing machine. The minimalist design (I love it) uses a lot of IKEA (including the same bedclothes I have at home—which I also love). Everything essential is there; even a drying rack - if you need more, just bring it with you or buy it nearby. Conclusion: Definitely 10/10 for the area/building/apartment!

Negative: However, the organizational aspects were at bit "strange" (and I am really sorry for that, I don't usually write in such detail): I provided my check-in time several(!) times via Booking.com (even with only +/- 5 or 10 mins), and still was asked again and again the day before arrival and the day of arrival, even via SMS - in 2025. All the SMS communication requires replies, which I found a bit much, because I personally prefer more automated, efficient systems. Check-in is from 16:00 (late) and check-out is by 10:00 (early), which feels a bit 1980s. Check-in was done in person by a friendly staff member, but with an existing concierge on the ground floor and other hosts in the same building using key boxes, it felt not sooooo convenient. I was also asked in the evening before my check-out WHEN I’d check out the next day - even though it was written that the check out time is the latest 10:00. So WHY? I didn’t like that the host (who isn't an authority) took a photo of my ID— other accommodations/most of the hotels just verify the name and note the ID number. Conclusion: Apartment: 10/10 (btw it was also clean!) Organization: 5/10 (and the 5 points are for the friendly staff, otherwise I didn't like this procedure so much). Would I stay here again? Honestly, the cons were a bit strange - so maybe not. But the apartment itself is really fine - thank you so much!

Positive: Spacious apartment with all fittings and perfect location.

Negative: In Kitchen, could have kept some oil, salt pepper little more coffee / tea sachets …utensils could have added some grater and filter . Had to pay extra 15 euros for 50mts of early check in also. Could have adjusted as there was an issue of internet for almost one to 1.5 hour of that early check in of stay. Towels and sheets could have been changed as we stayed for longer duration of stay. Usually other airbnbs they provide all this . Otherwise its a perfect location and convenient.

Positive: Clean, modern, spacious with all the essential amenities. There are washing machine and dishwasher. Nice hot shower. It’s right next to the tram stop and the supermarket is just in the basement of the shopping mall across.

Negative: They gave very little toilet paper and did not reply at all when there were problems. There are only 1 pillow, 1 towel, 1 single blanket while I booked the double bed for the purpose of enjoying the resources for 2. The place can be a bit warm in higher temperature when there is no AC or fan, even when the window is all open

Negative: It seems that even newer buildings like this cannot have a proper ventilation. If you enable it, the smell from the kitchens and toilets (!) of other apartments will go to your room. Related to that, no good working AC.
